We integrate medical cannabis into traditional healthcare by working closely with all patients and providing consultation reports to all care providers.
For your patients to be assessed and supported by our expert medical team.
For your medical cannabis patients with our educators.
For training, research participation or to be part of our Sora Care team.
You’ll benefit from a consultation report to summarize the assessment, treatment plan and follow-up for your patients.
Our expert medical team is dedicated to medical cannabis care and will assess, prescribe, and develop personalized treatment plans for your patients. We’ll provide continued follow-up for as long as your patients are in need.
Please note that we assess and follow patients just for their medical cannabis and cannabinoid treatments.
Your patient remains under your care for all other medical needs.
Patients must have tried first-line pharmacological treatment and still have uncontrolled symptoms, side effects or insufficient symptom improvement.
Patients who are self-medicating with medical cannabis and reporting benefits or side effects should receive medical cannabis assessment to confirm safe and effective use.
We’ll review your referral and contact the patient to book an appointment with one of our Sora Care healthcare practitioners.
There are no fees for patients with a valid healthcare card.
We’ll send you a detailed report of the appointment, including your patient’s treatment plan of medical cannabis and prescription cannabinoids, follow-up plan and any other details.
You can simplify the process of medical cannabis authorization by accessing our Shared Care support program.
Just complete the medical document below and send it to us by email and fax.
We’ll contact your patient for a virtual educator appointment within 48 hours and will send you the full report.
There have been a lot of advancements in recent years, including medical cannabis research on safety and effectiveness, insurance coverage, product development and more.
