The Sora Care Email Newsletter is operated in partnership with the clinic partner Santé Cannabis, which is the operating name of the corporation 9307-6149 Québec Inc. Your subscription to the Sora Care Email Newsletter constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Newsletter Subscription
The Sora Care Patient Newsletter is intended for adults who are eighteen years of age or older or are an authorized medical cannabis patient. The Sora Care Healthcare Professional Newsletter is intended for professionals. Both Email Newsletters provide information about the medical use of cannabis, with information relating to medical cannabis products, product formats, current research and other information related to Sora Care services.
All Sora Care patients who provide their email address and consent to the Clinic Terms and Conditions will be subscribed to the Sora Care Patient Newsletter. Visitors to the Sora Care Website may also subscribe to the Sora Care Email Newsletter. The information that you provide to subscribe will not be used for any other purpose. You do not have to be an active patient at Sora Care to become a subscriber to the newsletter and can unsubscribe at any time.
Participation in the Newsletter
Participation in the Sora Care Email Newsletter is voluntary. You must provide us with a valid email address that is verified at the time of signup. If you subscribe, Sora Care will send you regular communication through email. Sora Care is not liable for misdirected email communications if your contact information is inaccurate or no longer valid. If you change your email address you may update your subscription by emailing us at info@sora.care or calling 1-844 223-8886. Your name will be used to address you correctly in our email communication, and the postal code may be used to send you information specific to your geographic location.
Privacy
Sora Care is committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of your personal information and employs organizational, contractual, technical and physical security measures to protect information it collects. Sora Care will keep your personal information for as long as it remains necessary for the identified purposes and in order to comply with applicable legislation. How to Unsubscribe
You can unsubscribe at any time by email at info@sora.care or calling 1-844 223-8886 and providing the email address you used to sign up. Once you receive confirmation that you have unsubscribed, you will no longer receive the Sora Care Email Newsletter.
