Our Sora Care Commitment
Our services are here to serve you.
And we’ll work together toward a better medical cannabis experience.
And we’ll work together toward a better medical cannabis experience.
The success of your medical cannabis treatment depends on our commitment and yours.
We will support you every step of the way – but it’s you who will succeed on this journey.
Our policies clarify the access you are authorizing to your health records, the confidentiality agreed between you and your Sora Care healthcare professional, and your medical cannabis treatment responsibilities.

You’ll be asked to sign the agreement before your first appointment with us, to confirm that we’re in this together.

Every patient’s experience is very important to us, it’s why we’re here.
Since all our services are by appointment only, we need them to run as efficiently as possible.
For all patients to receive the care they need, our team needs you to be ready for your virtual appointment on time. This means testing your virtual access in advance and letting us know if you’re having any problems.
If you can’t make it, you need to provide notice of at least 24 hours when cancelling or changing your appointment.
This policy applies to virtual and phone appointments.

We might not be a typical medical clinic, but we are dedicated to improving the healthcare experience for patients who access medical cannabis and cannabinoid-based medicines
This includes engaging your healthcare team into your medical cannabis care.
We also offer medical cannabis education and research services via our partnership with Santé Cannabis in Quebec.
We have a duty to improve knowledge about medical cannabis treatments, like about common cannabinoids (delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) and cannabidiol (CBD)) as well as other cannabinoids (ex: cannabinol (CBN) and cannabigerol (CBG)).
If you’re a new medical cannabis patient or looking for ongoing support with your medical cannabis treatments, reach out to us for an appointment.
